From Day One: Estudando para o TOEFL 0800

Pagar o TOEFL já é uma despesa e tanto. Pagar o TOEFL e pagar um curso preparatório então, dói. Felizmente, tem muito material na internet que pode ajudar tanto aqueles que não tem como pagar um curso, quanto aqueles que já fazem um curso mas querem algo a mais. Paying for the TOEFL exam is already a big expense. Now, paying for the TOEFL and a prep course, that hurts. Fortunately, there is a lot of material online that can help both those that do not have the means to pay for a prep course as well as those that are taking a course and want some extra materials.

Todas vezes que eu fiz o TOEFL iBT (isto é, as duas vezes) um recurso que usei muito foram os vídeos no Youtube com dicas sobre a prova. A minha humilde opinião é que o TOEFL mede bem o seu nível de inglês mas que, apesar de não fazer milagres, saber o modelo da prova ajuda também. O melhor canal do Youtube que achei foi o Notefull. Apesar de não serem muitos vídeos e os mesmo não serem longos, o conteúdo é ótimo e acredito que me ajudou bem. All the times I took the TOEFL iBT exam (that is, two times) a resource I used very much were Youtube videos with tips related to the test. In my humble opinion the TOEFL will measure your english level quite well but, although it does not promote miracles, knowing the structure of the test will also help. The best Youtube channel that I found was Notefull. Although they do not have many videos and the one's that do exist are not long, the content is great and I think that helped me a lot.

Recomendo ver todos os vídeos do canal Notefull mas se seu tempo for limitado você pode ver os que separei abaixo que considero mais úteis. Separei os meus vídeos preferidos do canal em "categorias" (reading, listening, speaking e writing) para ajudar na navegação. Se o seu tempo for absurdamente limitado, veja o primeiro vídeo de cada categoria pelo menos que já vai ajudar. Aproveitem! I recommend watching all videos from the Notefull channel but if your time is limited you can watch those that I find more useful. I selected my favorite videos and divided them into categories (reading, listening, speaking and writing) to help in the navigation process. If your time is extremely limited, you can watch the first video in each category and that will already help. Enjoy!
